Angelina Jolie's 'A Mighty Heart' has been in the news quite a lot recently. What you may not know is that this docudrama is also Anupam Kher's Talent Company's first major Hollywood assignment.

It was the UK casting director, Wendy Brazington, also the casting head for the film, who was responsible for the contract. Apparently, she was so impressed with the agency's contacts in the talent-spotting business that she also agreed to formally launch it in May last year.

The Talent Company has come a long way since then. It has bagged several prestigious assignments, including BBC Radio's production of 'The Adventures of Feluda', and 'The Darjeeling Ltd', starring Owen Wilson. The agency is currently very active in the international market.
